• Charging cycle testing and performance managed by a microprocessor in three distinct phases, in accordance with DIN 41772:

1. First charging phase “I”, constant current, until maximum battery voltage is reached
   

2. Second charging phase “U0”, stabilized voltage, until current decreases and reaches low values
   

3. Third charging phase “U”, low constant voltage, and holding current
   

• Protection against polarity reversal with LED indicator and buzzer
  

• Battery and voltage failure protection
  

• Degrees of protection: IP 65 (1498/30-1498/80) and IP 41 (1498/120)
