Designed to meet the most demanding lifting and anchoring applications, exceeding the safety standards set by EN 13889.

Bracket and pin are made of alloy steel and undergo heat treatment to achieve safety performance above the minimum required by European standard EN 13889.

Characteristics#
High-tensile alloy steel shackles according to EN13889 are best suited for lifting operations.

SUITABLE FOR HEAVY-DUTY USE

Designed to support more than 20,000 working cycles at full load, they are suitable for continuous and repeated use at maximum capacity.

WORKING LOAD AND SAFETY FACTOR

High-tensile alloy steel allows high mechanical performance and ensures a safety factor of 6 times the working load, against the minimum of 5 required by European standards.

RESILIENCE

In-depth knowledge of heat treatment processes allows us to get the most out of the material in terms of resilience, i.e. the ability to absorb shocks and limit the possibility of brittle breakage.

WIDE TEMPERATURE RANGE OF USE

The quality of the materials used allows them to be used at both low and high temperatures (-20°/+200°) while maintaining the same mechanical and performance characteristics.
