Steel plate lifting clamps with articulated lifting eyes

Professional model, suitable for lifting, 180° tilting and vertical transport of sheets with a maximum hardness of 30HRC (300HB).

Made of high-quality materials, Robur pliers are developed in accordance with EN13155 and can also be used for beams, profiles and other metal components.

Characteristics#

DESIGN

The compact design and articulated ring allow flexible use of the attachment, making it easier to grip the load and handle it.

RELIABILITY

The knurled cam locking device facilitates positioning and removal of the gripper, ensuring greater reliability during use. The safety spring ensures permanent contact of the cam on the sheet metal.

TRACKABILITY

Robur pliers are equipped with double marking: a metal plate bearing the technical data for complete product traceability and a laser marking on the pliers body. The double marking allows easy identification of the accessory even if the original plate is lost.

SAFETY

The safety factor is 3 times the working load (which must never be exceeded).
The weight bearing on the individual gripper must be greater than or equal to the minimum WLL indicated in the manual and on the label: 10% of the maximum WLL.

HOLDING MECHANISM

The pliers for sheet metal are equipped with a mechanism that closes by gravity, so that the hold is guaranteed by friction.
