SUPERMAGNET
The permanent magnet is made of a Neodymium Iron Boron alloy, capable of exerting an extremely high attractive force, so much so as to be defined as "supermagnetic".
SAFETY
The operating lever, when activated, is locked by a spring mechanism and keeps the magnet in operation, preventing accidental release of the load.
PRACTICALITY
No electrical voltage is required to perform a lifting operation, so they can also be used in places where electricity is not available.
VERSATILITY
The new generation of lifters are compact and robust and facilitate load handling even in confined spaces.
MARKING
All the information identifying the accessory, such as the manufacturer's mark and serial number, is shown on the upper plate.
FACTORS INFLUENCING LOAD CAPACITY
Graphs showing the influence of air gap, plate thickness and surface curvature are shown on the side labels.
MANOEUVRING LEVER
A single operator can lift, transport and release the load easily by operating the manoeuvring lever.
CONTACT SURFACE
Remove the protective film and, after each use, check that there are no traces of dirt, grease, oil, etc. between the magnet and the load.
THICKNESSES
It is important to check that the thickness of the surface allows for adequate closure of the magnetic circuit.
