In systems with electromechanical/electronic parts controlled by a control unit, this tool makes it possible to check whether:
• Control unit is being supplied with power and is performing its control function
• Cables connecting control unit to part is efficient
• Part being tested has not being disconnected
• Part has not short-circuited
• Part is operating electronically
