Beta manufactures tools for specialists in mechanics, industrial maintenance, and automotive repair, but also for those for whom a hobby is much more than just a pastime.
The Beta Utensili catalog now boasts a range of more than 16,000 references, divided into 30 product families. Beta Utensili has been the Italian and European leader in the tools sector since 1923.

In 2018, thanks to the acquisition of BM S.p.A., Beta became the market leader in the production and sale of cable lugs, electrical connection systems, and work tools for electricians. In the same year, with the acquisition of 3D Beta S.r.l., Beta launched a specialized area in Made in Italy Workshop Architecture, designing and creating high-end custom furnishings for workshops and work environments, while with VGF S.r.l. it entered the market of special powder coatings for metal furnishings. The Group's growth strategy continued in 2019 with the acquisitions of Abra Beta S.p.A. and Elpa Abrasivi S.r.l., leaders in abrasive production. In January 2023, the acquisition of Helvi S.p.A., a benchmark company in the welding sector for professionals, was finalized.
