Torque wrench calibration service

Beta Utensili SpA has Accredia (LAT) certified equipment for calibrating torque wrenches up to 2000 Nm, in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 6789:2017 standard.

At the Beta Laboratory it is possible to carry out the calibration of the following items:

Service features

Calibrations are performed clockwise.
For digital torque wrenches and torque screwdrivers, it is possible to request right-hand, left-hand or both-direction certification or declaration of conformity.
The standard requires a check at three points with five samples.
For preset wrenches, only one check point is provided (requested by the customer) with five samples.

The validity of the certificates is equal to 5,000 cycles or one year from first use, according to the UNI EN ISO 6789 standard.
For new products, the validity of the certificate starts from first use and not from the certificate issue date.

In addition to the standard certificate or declaration of conformity, for torque wrenches and torque screwdrivers it is possible to request a calibration certificate issued by an external accredited laboratory. For Dynatesters it is possible to request a certificate, issued by one of our trusted laboratories, for one direction only or for both.
