Torque calibration service

Beta Tools relies on equipment certified by ACCREDIA (LAT) to calibrate torque wrenches up to 2,000 Nm, in accordance with UNI EN ISO 6789:2017.

The following items can be calibrated at Beta’s Laboratory:

Service Features

Calibrations are performed in the right-hand direction.
As regards digital torque wrenches and torque screwdrivers, you can apply for either clockwise or anticlockwise certification or conformity declaration as well as for both clockwise or anticlockwise certification.
Under the regulation, tests should be performed on three points, taking five samples.
The certificates are valid for 5,000 cycles or one year from the first use, in accordance with UNI EN ISO 6789.
On new products, the certificate is valid from the first use and not from the date of issue of the certificate.

As well as the standard calibration certificate, a calibration certificate can also be requested for torque wrenches and screwdrivers. This certificate is issued to an accredited outside laboratory.

Dynatesters are certified at an accredited laboratory. You can request a certification for one or both directions of rotation.
