ORGANIZATIONAL MODEL 231

The principles on which the Code of Ethics is based constitute the foundation of the Organization, Management and Control Model that Beta Utensili S.p.A. adopts in order to ensure reasonable prevention of the offences provided for in Legislative Decree no. 231 of June 8, 2001.

The Organization, Management and Control Model is a document that outlines the liability of the legal entity and is the essential guide for all employees and collaborators, providing clear lines of conduct and controls, to ensure, wherever possible, the prevention of the commission of crimes and corrupt practices.
