Art. 13 Privacy Code - Legislative Decree 196/2003 consolidated
The company Beta Utensili S.p.A. (Beta), as data controller, provides the following information on the processing of personal data provided by companies and individuals.
• How we collect and for what purpose we process your personal data
Beta collects the personal data provided by you at the time of registration on our websites www.beta-tools.it or www.beta-tools.com and on the other sites of our brands and branches; when you purchase our product or online service on our site or on third party sites; when you contact us for information or assistance regarding our products and services; when you participate in our initiatives (eg prize transactions, competitions), also online on our website or on third party websites; on the occasion of interaction with our customer service or through various means of communication such as social media, mobile apps, e-mails, newsletters, telephone, sms, mms, chat, traditional mail.
