Tethered tools

Tools with fall arrest systems are designed for use at height. They can be attached to the user via steel lanyards and carabiners, thus ensuring maximum safety.

Tools with a double-ended design, such as the 42-type ratchet spanner, are secured with a cable that can slide along the entire length of the tool, whilst those operated by twisting, such as the screwdriver, are secured with free-rotating rings to prevent the lanyard from becoming twisted.

Using tools with Beta fall arrest systems allows you to:

Improve safety
Fall-arrest tools help prevent potential accidents at work, thereby safeguarding the health and safety of the worker.

Save time
If a tool falls, it may be damaged or cause damage to other objects, resulting in the time required to complete a task being extended.

Reduce costs
A tool falling can result in additional costs ranging from simply having to replace the lost tool to paying compensation for damage.

With the H-SAFE retention system, designed, tested and manufactured at Beta’s facilities, tools are always within easy reach, safely and conveniently.
